Working as a UI Developer/Designer on the Ecommerce team, created and coded period marketing assets, redesigned responsive desktop & mobile templates for promotional emails, & assisted in branding holiday campaigns while under and expanding a Fortune 500 style guide.
Getting in the Zone
During my time at AutoZone, I was able to dive into the world of ecommerce and learn the ins and outs of what it takes to manage a Forbes 500 website while trying to push the overall brand message and look and feel.
Driving Traffic
As the email designer for all promotional and transactional AutoZone email deployments, I created and conceptualized marketing campaigns that included Holiday campaigns, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, that were then published on the website and pushed through promotional emails as well.
Shifting Gears
I was given the opportunity to completely redesign AutoZone promotional email template based on various user-centered testing tactics and analytics. The results of those findings determined the components of the email that were then created and used.
